Made from 100% Nero d’Avola from the Chalmers Vineyard.
This is a very drinkable wine. The palate is, juicy and gentle, with soft tannins, crisp acidity, and a cherry-like finish. A delicious wine to match with a wide variety of food.
All varieties were picked from a single vineyard together on 29th February. De-stemmed and co-fermented in stainless steel tanks, the ferment went for about 8 days. The wine then immediately went through malolactic fermentation and was fined and filtered prior to bottling. Harvest date – February 2018.
