FAQ

1) What do you charge for shipping?

We charge $12 per order if you purchase 1-5 bottles. For orders of between 5-11 bottles, we charge $9 and for orders of 11 or more, we don’t charge for shipping. How good is that!

We charge a flat $9 fee for delivery but it’s free when you order 12 or more bottles.

2) How long will my delivery take?

Deliveries usually take 2-3 working days for East Coast metro areas, 5-10 working days for regional areas. Delivery may exceed 10 or so days in some country areas, to discuss delivery options please get in touch via tom@smashvino.com.au

3) What happens if I’m not home for delivery?

In the event that no one is home, we will attempt delivery the following day, free of charge.

4) Do you offer express shipping?

Please get in touch via email, tom@smashvino.com.au, to discuss express options.

5) I want to return my wine, what do I do?

Please send us an email, tom@smashvino.com.au, and let us know, and we’ll organise for your wine to be collected and your payment method refunded.

6) If my delivery has arrived and has damaged stock, what do I do?

While we endeavour to deliver all stock in perfect condition, sometimes mistakes happen and things get smashed. Never fear, just contact us and we will arrange collection and replacement, and please be careful handling the wine.

7) When will my refund be processed?

Once the wine has been collected, let us know and we can issue your credit or refund straight away.

8) How do I know what vintage I am purchasing?

We do not put vintages on listings because the regularly change, as such, we will always send you the most current vintage available unless otherwise stated.
